I too am frustrated with our selfishness and lack of interest in the world beyond our selfish concerns... And I am guilty of not speaking out and of not being involved in ways I feel that I should. I am on a campaign to alter my shopping and lifestyle habits, trying to purchase fairtrade goods trying to be environmenatly friendly and trying to encourage others to do the same, we have halved our waste production, and saved 25% on our grocery bill by being more aware of our habits... As far as health policies and education cuts over here go we too have concerns, and I have been challenged by my elder daughter who has successfully lobied our local Member of Parliment on education issuses facing her generation!! Yes lets speak out, let us also examine our lives and lifestyles to ensure we are living a good message!!! By the way my heart candy reads Get Real too!!!
