Welcome to My Backyard
January 1st, 2006I have decided, like my dearest husband, to keep my blog on our home site. The posts here are supposed to cross-post to my Xanga (blepo); but if the software works right, you should not be able to post comments on Xanga, only here.
I want to keep this a conversation, much like we’re just sitting in the backyard on the patio and talking about whatever’s on our minds. Anyone want to take a swim or soak in the hot tub?
The picture on the top of the site, btw, is one I took of one of the flowers in my backyard last summer (2005).
hey there!
you are back…how is life? randy and i had a wonderful time of r and r. it was quiet and peaceful and gave time for reflection and some good laughter and play time.
there is much to talk about with you…i missed you while you were gone. i may drop in on you here in a minute…i will call first!
Now that we have the comments working .. I’d love it if you stopped by … I’m home most of the day tomorrow too.
Hi, Wendy!
Your blog is wonderful. I will bookmark it and visit often-
love,
Rich
Very imnpressive to take the whole family to NYC. I did not know there was that much money in all of Baytown. I paid $ 299.00 for a room at Motel 8 when I was there in December.
Quick trip, lunch in Chicago, dinner on Times Square, meeting in the morning on the Battery, lunch downtown, dinner in Baytown. Only touristing allowed was the walk to Times Square.
Ahh … Niels … you forget … my parents live in New York. We go frequently and spend as little as possible.
[...] Wendy told me that she wanted her own blog site, (her welcome message is here) so I did some checking for her. In the process, I’ve decided that I wanted to change my own as well. So I’ve (hopefully) moved all of my old posts and comments to this new system, based on WordPress 2. [...]
